The personal information we collect will be used for the following purpose.

The Burton upon Trent Model Engineering Society will keep a register of membersí name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address in order to keep members informed of club activities.

The Data will be accessible by other members.

Data will be held electronically and printed copy.

By consenting to this privacy notice you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified.

Consent is required for the Burton upon Trent Model Engineering Society to process both types of data, but it must be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how the information will be used.

The Burton upon Trent Model Engineering Society will not disclose membersí personal data outside of the club without your express permission
